Information collected: I may collect personal details such as your name, contact information and brief notes from your sessions relevant to your counselling.

 Storage and security: All information is stored securely, either digitally or in locked files, and only I have access to it.

Confidentiality: Your information is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, if there is a risk of harm to you or others).
