About Me
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor, but more importantly, I'm a person who understands that life can feel hard.
You may look like you're coping on the outside, but how you feel inside may feel more like survival. You are not alone.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches because every person has their own experiences, needs and way of making sense of the world. I don't believe counselling should be one-size-fits-all. I work in a way that is most helpful for you.
For me, the relationship we build is at the heart of counselling. I want our sessions to feel like two humans sitting together, trying to make sense of what has been happening and find a way forward.
Together we can explore the challenges that may be affecting your thoughts, emotions and relationships, or sit with experiences that have never had a chance to be felt, understood and processed.
Coming to counselling can feel daunting, especially in times of uncertainty. My role is to try to create a space where you might feel comfortable enough to be yourself, without judgement or expectation.
I believe that when we start to understand ourselves more deeply, and give ourselves time and space to really acknowledge what is happening, things can begin to shift. Life can feel lighter, more manageable, and more balanced, helping you to reconnect and accept yourself more fully.
This is a place where you don't need to apologise for who you are. There’s no pretence, no jargon and no need to have everything figured out
Just honest, authentic and real human connection.
You don't have to carry it all on your own.
